About Reciter

Omar Aswat is an award winning Quran recitor, who completed his memorization at the tender age of 12. He attained 1st position in the European Quran Competition in Croatia, as well as top positions in the International competitions in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Tanzania and Jordan. His melodious voice and precise recitation has resulted in him being invited around the globe for recitations and Taraweeh prayers. As a profession, Omar works as an Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. He also teaches Hifth and Tajweed to students of all ages on a daily basis.
