Abdel Aziz Al Ahmed

Sheikh Abdel Aziz Al Ahmad was born in the town of Buraida in the Qassim region, Saudi Arabia. He is a Quran reader and Imam of Obaikan mosque in Riyadh. He is also a doctor of psychology and works as a specialist in psychological counseling and guidance. Sheikh Abdel Aziz Al Ahmad memorized the holy Quran and got Hafs Assem Ijazah (permission to read and teach Quran ) from several famous sheikhs. Sheikh has records of whole Quran by his voice in the studio beside other records in the mosque in Al- tarawih and Alqyam prayers. He was interested in Islamic sharia science as he learned Aqedah, Tawheed, Fiqh, Arabic language and hadith in mosques from famous Saudi sheikhs. Sheikh Abdel Aziz Al Ahmad chose to specialize in the psychology so he joined the faculty of education at the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud and obtained a Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree and doctorate which was about a program for treatment of anxiety in adolescents on psychological and Islamic base, currently he is a professor of psychology at the University of Al Qossim. Sheikh Abdel Aziz Al Ahmad worked as imam in a number of mosques and used to give lessons there. Sheikh Abdel Aziz also traveled to the United States for Imamat and teaching in one of the Islamic centers in the state of Colorado. Sheikh has several audio and printed versions of his lectures in the mental health field and raising children and dealing with teenagers. Sheikh Abdel Aziz Al Ahmad is the head of Holol Center for Counseling and Training. He is also the director of Ejabyoon Institution for social and charitable activities.
